Mason's First Week Home
We've had a great week home. We feel like we're all getting to know each other. We are enjoying the lack of sleep and amazing diapers :). Mason has had fun getting to see all the people that have been praying for him. Yesterday, we were not able to get the MRI. We waited for 2 hours and the doctor decided that we would wait until his 3 month appointment. The shunt is working and his head has gone down. Talking with the doctor yesterday, we learned about the good and bad of his shunt. We feel more educated with what we learned. Monday we meet with Neurology. They will help us with Mason's development and ways to help him. We will continue posting information as we receive it. Pray you're having a great week. Love you all, Wendy

Wendy and Kevin, it means so much to me that you take the time to post updates and pictures so we can enjoy the progress of your beautiful little boy. Thanks for letting us in on your life. I am sorry for the frustration of waiting to see the doctor, only to be told to wait some more. I know exactly how that is because that is what happens a lot with Keri and our little Katie. But, as we tell her, God's timing is always perfect, and maybe there is a reason we don't see for the wait. Thanks again for taking the time to let us in on precious Mason's little world.
He is so beautiful & it looks like you guys have had an awesome homecoming. Hope you get some rest & I will keep you guys in my thoughts & prayers.
